Project Overview
We completed this stunning loft conversion in Goring-by-Sea for our client who was residing in a quaint 50s/60s bungalow. They expressed to our architecture team their strong desire to enhance their living space by incorporating a loft conversion. The family’s primary objective was to create two equally-sized bedrooms for their children. This project involved cleverly utilising the existing loft space and represents a thoughtful approach to modernising and maximising the potential of their bungalow. Whilst ensuring comfortable living arrangements for the growing family.
Loft Conversion Architectural Plans
In order to meet our client’s specific requirements, we embarked on a creative journey to design innovative architectural plans. Our architecture team’s plans not only fulfilled the client’s request for two equally sized rooms for their children but also incorporated the addition of ensuite bathrooms in each room. Furthermore, to turn this vision a reality, our design featured the inclusion of two side dormers and a gable. Our carefully considered approach ensured that the final result would not only provide the desired functionality but also bring an element of aesthetic appeal and convenience to the project.
Constructing The Loft Conversion in Goring-by-Sea
After receiving approval for our architectural plans, we smoothly transitioned the project to our expert construction team. With meticulous attention to detail, we skilfully crafted the dormers and gable. Recognising the significance of exterior aesthetics, we took the extra step of re-roofing the bungalow, seamlessly integrating the two dormers and gable for a harmonious appearance. Our dedication to excellence extended to the interior as well, where we built the two new bedrooms complete with en-suite bathrooms.
